Returns & Exchange
In accordance with our Refund policy, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. You are also responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
In the event that you wish to return one or more items to us, a return note will be enclosed in your package. In order to ensure a smooth return, we need this return note filled out and returned to us. This is the only way we can allocate the returned items to you and ensure a refund as quickly as possible.
Exchange:
If you would like to exchange the goods for another size or colour, please contact us directly using the contact form below or fill in the goods return slip, as we will then accept your desired size as a new order.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Shipping costs will not be incurred again for an exchange due to a different size.
If your newly chosen alternative item is not the same price, you will either have to pay the difference if the price of the alternative item is higher, or be refunded the difference if the price is lower.
General instructions
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
